With the increasing success of iSafe and it?s acceptance by members and clients ITCRA has broadened its focus on best practice contractor care with the launch of the iWork portal (powered by WorkPro). Not only will ITCRA Members have access to the unique workplace safety program iSafe there is also now the assurance that contractors are pre-screened and workplace ready.
WorkPro is already well established in the contract and recruitment marketplace as a recognized workforce management solution that enhances and streamlines the engagement process for employees, contractors and clients.
With the launch of the iWork portal the Association?s focus on specific ICT industry needs will continue to ensure the ITCRA best practice benchmarks in contractor care are maintained.
The portal also provides useful induction and education tools for ICT recruitment consultants, particularly in preparing for ITCRA Certification as well as a Due Diligence module for Company Officers and Directors to ensure full understanding of WHS obligations under the Model Laws introduced this year.
